Corporate Structuring
SARL (Limited Liability Company)
The most common structure for foreign investors. Requires minimum capital of 10,000 MAD (approx. €1,000), offers liability protection, and can be fully foreign-owned.
SA (Public Limited Company)
Suitable for large-scale industrial projects or financial institutions. Requires a minimum capital of 300,000 MAD and at least 5 shareholders. Mandatory external audit.
Branch Office
A direct extension of a foreign parent company. Not a separate legal entity. Ideal for short-term contracts or market testing, though tax implications differ from a subsidiary.
